All services are prepaid to secure your dog’s reserved space within our structured pack schedule.

• Membership hikes are $45 per adventure
• Single Adventure Rides are $50

• Membership plans are billed monthly
• Single rides are paid at the time of booking

Spots are limited per zone to maintain safe pack dynamics. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.

Membership Commitment

Membership is designed to provide consistency, which is essential for balanced behavior and structured pack integration.

• Membership reserves your dog’s scheduled days
• Fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
• Missed days do not roll over unless approved in advance
• Schedule changes require notice

Consistent attendance ensures optimal results for your dog and the pack.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may be charged in full
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Weather-related adjustments will be communicated if conditions are unsafe

Our policies allow us to maintain reliability and fairness for all members.

Health & Safety Standards

To preserve the integrity of our structured environment:

• Dogs must be current on vaccinations
• All dogs must complete intake and temperament screening
• Behavioral or medical concerns must be disclosed
• Dogs displaying unsafe behavior may be removed from service

We prioritize safety, balance, and professionalism in every pack.

Emergency Care Authorization

In the event of an emergency where an owner cannot be reached, The Paw Bus is authorized to seek veterinary care. All associated costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
